Hi, I'm Jens.
I'm passionate about technology and love to code, whether it's to streamline daily tasks or explore new trends.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and ICT from Vives University of Applied Sciences, and a second Bachelor's in Multimedia and Creative Technologies from Howest University.
Outside of my studies, I have a strong passion for audiovisual technology. In my free time, I apply this interest as a board member of a youth theater, where I am responsible for placing and programming the lighting and sound equipment for performances.
Recent Projects
Pee Pee Time
A comprehensive toilet management system consisting of a GraphQL API and a Progressive Web App (PWA). Features real-time monitoring, Firebase authentication, MongoDB integration, and Mapbox visualization for efficient toilet facility management.
Toy Manager
A Flutter app for managing borrowed toys, featuring a barcode scanner, tracking for who borrowed what, and a blacklist for users who break or fail to return toys. It is powered by a custom ASP.NET Core REST API using a MongoDB database, all deployed on Microsoft Azure.
